Principle and Application of Different X-Ray Residual Stress Measurement Methods
Two X-ray diffraction residual stress measurement methods and principles were introduced in detail, and analyzed selection basis and characteristics of different measurement methods. The main difference and applicability of sin2ψ method and cosα method, and the influence of setting of ψ angle on results of residual stress measurement were introduced.
